For years, the conversation about career guidance in UAE schools has circled the same problem without a systemic solution. Counsellors are stretched too thin. Students are choosing degree programmes based on family expectations, peer influence, or the vague sense that a particular career sounds impressive. And the consequences — wrong university choices, high dropout rates, graduates entering fields they are unsuited for — have been visible and costly. The UAE deserves better. Its students deserve better. Masary was built because waiting for the problem to solve itself was no longer an option.

From the beginning, Masary was designed to be more than a careers website or a psychometric test with a report attached. It needed to be a genuine learning journey — structured, progressive, and connected to real outcomes. The platform was built on Mindbase’s LMS and infrastructure that is capable of delivering the complex, multi-layer learning experience Masary required — including the five AI tools, the counsellor dashboard, and the gamified achievement system that keeps students engaged across a multi-year journey.

Masary goes live in November 2026 — available to every UAE school, free of charge, from day one. This is not a pilot or a proof of concept. It is a national programme, built to the standard the UAE’s students deserve, and designed to grow alongside the ambitions of every Emirati student who uses it.
