Once your assessment is complete, Masary’s AI analyses your four-dimension profile and generates a personalised Journey Shortlist. This is not a generic career quiz result. It is a ranked set of the pathways where your profile, interests, and strengths align most strongly with a clear explanation of why each one fits you.

Every Masary Journey is structured across five evidence-backed learning layers. Each layer builds on the last, taking a student from initial awareness of a field all the way through to producing real work within it. Across all 11 journeys, there are 82 modules, each one designed to deepen understanding before deepening commitment as well as an expanded library by global partners.
What does it take to succeed here? Build the foundational thinking, habits, and attitudes that every professional in this field shares — before diving into the specialism itself.
What do I need to know? Work through the core knowledge and subject matter that underpins this career. Structured, bite-sized, and built around what actually matters for your pathway.
What does it actually feel like? Step into an immersive, scenario-based experience inside a real professional environment — a hospital ward, an engineering lab, a courtroom, a design studio. You experience the career before you commit to it.
Can I actually do this? Complete a structured, real-output project within your pathway. The result goes directly into your Masary Portfolio as evidence of genuine capability — not just completion.
How do I get there from here? Map the exact academic route, university programmes, entry requirements, and milestones that connect where you are now to where you want to go.

The most common reason students make the wrong career choice is that they never truly understood what the career felt like from the inside. Masary changes that.
These are not games. They are professionally designed scenarios built with practitioners, calibrated to give students an honest, accurate sense of what the career demands, and whether it genuinely fits them.
A courtroom preparation scenario. Build arguments, anticipate counter-claims, advise a client.
Every project completed, every simulation navigated, and every module finished contributes to your Masary Portfolio, a verified, structured record of real work built over your time in the platform. It is not a certificate of completion. It is evidence of capability.

A living record of your growth. Showcasing your skills, achievements, and real work to universities and future employers.

“Amna joined Masary in Grade 9 not knowing whether medicine was really for her or just what everyone expected. She completed the Discovery Assessment, received a profile that confirmed her strengths in analytical thinking and empathy, and was matched to the Medicine pathway as her top result.
By Grade 10, she had completed the Simulation layer — stepping through a real triage scenario that confirmed her instinct. By Grade 11, she had a completed portfolio project, a personal statement drafted with the AI Essay Coach, and an offer from her first-choice university.
She did not just choose medicine. She arrived at it with evidence.”
Khaled had always been drawn to how things worked, but had never thought of it as a career direction. His Masary assessment surfaced a strong profile match to Engineering, with particular alignment to structural design and systems thinking.
The Engineering simulation put him inside a live design brief. He realised not only that he enjoyed it, but that he was good at it under pressure. He completed the Project layer in Grade 11, producing a structural analysis report that became the centrepiece of his university application.
He graduated with an internship placement already confirmed.
Masary is designed for students in Grades 8 through 12. The earlier a student starts, the more of the journey they can complete before university applications begin. That said, students joining in Grade 11 can still complete the most impactful modules — including simulations, portfolio projects, the Essay Coach, and Interview Simulator.
There is no fixed timeline. Students progress at their own pace through 82 modules across 11 pathways. Most students who engage consistently across two to three school years will complete their chosen pathway and have a full portfolio ready by Grade 11 or 12.
Yes. The AI College Search connects your Masary profile to thousands of university programmes worldwide, including leading institutions in the UAE and internationally. The platform also flags entry requirements, application deadlines, and programme details relevant to your pathway.
Your Masary Portfolio and badges remain accessible after you complete the platform. The shareable portfolio link can be included in university applications, and your records stay on file for future reference. Masary does not disappear at graduation — it travels with you.
Yes. Parents can be given a read-only view of their child’s pathway progress, completed modules, and earned badges — keeping families informed without interfering with the student’s own journey. Schools can also share progress updates with parents through the counselor dashboard.
